Is there any cost to membership?
What are the Program Rewards and how do I earn them?
Every time you make a purchase for regularly priced items at any one of our seven restaurants, points are assigned to your account.
Points are earned by the member paying the bill for dollars spent on full priced items only, excluding tax & gratuity.
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Points do not accumulate for catering or off-site events, gift card purchases or for special discounted events or with other coupons.
Points balances will print at the bottom of your Friend of the Family receipt. The balance will not include rewards for your current visit, those rewards will be shown on your next visit.
We reserve the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, to make changes in the rules, cancel or audit your account, or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal & State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the card holder.
Member must be 18 years of age to be eligible.
What is my Friends and Family rewards program number?
Your phone number will be used to identify your friends and family account.
Will I receive a Friends and Family rewards card?
No, we do not provide a physical card. Your phone number or email address can be used to identify you for our rewards program.
Will my rewards expire if I don’t use them?
Rewards do not expire. You may always ask a team member at any of our restaurants to check your balance.
How do I earn/claim points during a visit?
Simply let your server know that you are a loyalty member and would like to use your points when paying the bill, we’ll look your account up using your phone #.
Do I earn rewards for purchasing of a gift card?
Purchases of gift cards do not count towards your rewards. Please note: if the recipient of your gift card is a Friend of the Family, they will earn rewards when they use their gift card towards the purchase of full priced items.
Who should I contact if I have any problems using my rewards?

After I am registered, what do you do with my information?
We use your email address to send you information on special offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We will also email updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party.
Do I earn points at any of the Rex’s Family of Restaurants?
Yes, loyalty members earn points at all of our 7 locations
