ASSISTANT MANAGER - REX’S GRILL
Qualified candidates will have at least two years’ experience in front of house restaurant operations. Position is responsible for staff scheduling, cash control, insuring great customer service, restaurant cleanliness, and adherence of staff to set standards.
$18 - $20 per hour based on experience.
BARTENDER, SERVER, HOST & EXPO: LAUNDRY, REX'S GRILL, MAZZOLA'S
Qualified candidates will have exceptional customer service skills. Applicants should be team oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Tipped position.
SOUS CHEF - REX’S GRILL
Position is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily restaurant operations. Must have a positive attitude, strong leadership skills and at least two years working in a restaurant kitchen.
$45,000 – 50,000/year based on experience.
LEAD LINE COOK - SALT & LIME
Position is responsible for ensuring the line runs smoothly, preparing food and assisting wherever needed during service. Must have a positive attitude, leadership skills and experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
$20 - $25/hr based on experience.
LINE COOK - REX’S GRILL
Position is responsible for preparing food specific to recipes and standards, setting up and stocking necessary supplies.
This is an hourly position including quarterly bonuses, $16-$25/hr based on experience.
